INTRODUCTION...
♻️MO GLASS UPCYCLE, LLC is a local operation collecting glass, aluminum and corrugated cardboard in the lake area. Two primary goals: material collection which promotes landfill diversion and increase knowledge in our communities of upcycling through awareness and education.
FACTS...
♻️Camden, Miller, Laclede and Morgan counties produced over 15,000 tons of glass which was transported out for disposal. Through collection operations, MGU will be able to collect up to 75% of disposed glass allowing for the recovery and reuse of 11,250 tons per year.
♻️In 2021, each American on average used 650 pounds of paper which is 100 million tons of wood that could be saved if that paper was recycled. Americans used over 80 billion soda cans per year along with 11 million tons of glass jars. Through collection operations, MGU will be able to collect a large percentage of cardboard, aluminum and glass found in our local waste. Thus, allowing for the recovery and reuse of 180 tons of cardboard, 16,875 tons of glass and 8 tons of aluminum per year.

SERVICE AREA...
♻️MGU services Camden, Miller, Laclede and Morgan counties. We currently service commercial establishments and have a residential route in place on Horseshoe Bend in Lake Ozark, Missouri. Our materials yard is located in Rocky Mount MO., which will serve as a hub for glass and aluminum materials.
HOW IT WORKS: Residential

*MGU recycling service is $20.00 every time we collect your 64 gallon container
*NO reoccurring monthly fees
*If you do NOT need a pickup that month then there is NO charge
*Pick up days are on the FIRST Wednesday of the month
*Place your container at the curb Tuesday evening or Wednesday morning by 10 a.m.

*Storing the container in your garage is best however, in the event that you do not have a garage we recommend a covered dry place near your house
